Certificates
I attended the welcome management course when we had the Guest House. I found this to be a valuable course to take part in as it helped with all aspects of dealing with guests and also to show how you can strengthen bonds with staff.
We both attended the Guy Simmonds cellar management course and this is Brian's diploma for the course. We also attended the licensing law course, also run by Guy Simmonds, for which we both obtained the National certificate for Licencees mine is displayed below.
At the time of updating our web site we are awaiting our replacement food hygiene certificates.
